Pallet Jacks
At Yale we understand that to get the highest performance out of any machine it needs to provide the operator with total confidence in its ability. With this in mind, we develop our pallet jacks with ergonomics and operational ease at the forefront of the design. The result is the ELPM2.5 and the PLPM2.5. A flexible choice of either Easy-lift pedestrian powered or Quick-lift. Thanks to ergonomic design and state of the art technology, ELPM and PLPM operators enjoy reliability and effortlessness of the operation of the machine.

The ELPM and PLPM is fitted with a quality pump design complete with a special lowering valve allowing controlled rate of descent, and an overload by-pass valve. The innovative design features a full 90 degree top to bottom stroke, which requires only 10 strokes to raise the forks to the maximum lift. The Featuring 180 degree pivot action, with 180 mm diameter wheels, sealed bearings and “ball-thrust” steering. Articulating axle allows for level transport of loads on uneven floors.
At Yale, the ergonomics of the design of our pedestrian pallet jacks is just as important as it is in our forklift trucks, which is why the control handle features a bolt-on spring-a-matic handle that returns to the upright position automatically that is design to reduce strain to the wrists, elbows and fingers of the operator during long-term operation. The control handle also has a three position (raise/neutral/lower) fingertip control to allow for continuous operational ease for the operator.
The durability of our pallet jacks is a prime concern for customers, as the long-lasting quality of our equipment leads to lower operational costs. The rugged, heavy duty frame is constructed of one piece formed channel steel, which allows the pallet jack to be extremely lightweight, without compromising on the strength and quality of the construction. The bulk head and gussets are all made of reinforced steel construction, as are the forks for added strength while lifting. Additionally, the forks have tapered ends for easy entry into pallet lifting for operational ease.
