New ESC-AC Stand-on Counterbalance Forklift
Yale\'s New Solution to Warehouse Storage
Created on Monday, August 29, 2011
Yale\'s newest product, the ESC-AC Series, available in 3,000lb and 4,000lb capacity models, provides the newest innovation in combining operator comfort with warehousing efficiency - creating a truck that is extremely ergonomic and comfortable for operators to jump on and off all day; while at the same time providing operational speed of a traditional counterbalance model that operates in the aisle space of a reach truck.
Visibility in tight warehousing is essential to smooth operation, as large warehouses with narrow racking spacing suffer thousands of dollars a month in damage to their racking because forklifts struggle to operate in the aisle width, and forward-facing machines have the operator staring into the mast channels, reducing visibility. The ESC-AC series features a side or angled-stance package, meaning the operator has an unrestricted view when driving, making operation easier - and ultimately, saving money on damaged racking, caused by poor visibility.
The ergonomic design of the machine means that operator fatigue doesn\'t even come into play with this machine. The handgrips are contoured for low effort, with wrist and arm support so long shifts on this forklift don\'t contribute to operator fatigue. The dash also features cup and clipboard holders, reading light, so everything you could possibly require during a shift on this forklift is integrated into the machine
By far the largest advantage of using the ESC-AC series is the jump-on jump-off capability of the unit. With a sit-down forklift, sit down, put on your seatbelt, start the unit, release the handbrake and then you can start. If you only move one product, and then have to jump off, you need to put the handbrake on, turn off the unit, take off your seatbelt and then jump off. With the ESC-AC unit, you can turn the unit on at the start of the shift, step on the deadman pedal and away you go. The handbrake automatically turns on and off when you step on the deadman switch, so you can leave the unit idling all day, jumping on and off as often as you want - and as soon as you step on the deadman switch you are ready to go, and as soon as you step off it the forklift is secure and parked. This time saving innovation by Yale is the greatest advantage to this truck over any other kind of warehousing forklift

Yale’s New American 2.5 tonne GP050LX
We put a lot of big ideas into a smaller truck
Created on Tuesday, May 17, 2011
Yale\'s new GP050LX takes all the advantages of the Yale Veracitor series and places them into a smaller truck, designed moderate-duty applications with maximum efficiency. The GP050LX has the same smart design, solid construction and durability that our customers have come to expect from the Yale Veracitor series, but packaged into a more streamlined truck that is easier to operate in confined spaces on a much lower cost of operation.
Efficiency is at the forefront of design on the GP050LX - starting with fuel economy. The GP050LX moves more loads per litre of fuel by almost double to our nearest competitor, burning through tasks and not your bank account. The reason this is possible is that the GP050LX is engineered for agility. Electronically controlled powershift transmission allows for smooth changes in direction, and the compact nature of the chassis allows for the truck to move in tight spaces comfortably. The 2.0L Mazda engine gives the truck the high performance it needs, while reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
The maintenance on this truck is incredible. In slimming down the design and frame of this truck, Yale have optimized the configuration of the engine compartment for total ease of access for technicians, for quick and easy performance of diagnostics on the truck and ultimately, to optimize the performance of the truck
Hystandard Handling is bringing these units in now, and they are available from $25,990.00 plus GST
